The Yorkshire Canary Club runs several different competitions during the show season. Each competition enables fanciers to compete with fanciers of equal standing, i.e. Novice or Champion status. An additional competition is also provided for newcomers only.
Some competitions are in place ONLY at the YCC Open Show in October.
Competition GB is in place only at the YCC and SYCC Open Shows.
YCC Points Competitions are in place throughout the entire show season at all FULL PATRONAGE shows. (i.e. EVERY specialist UK Yorkshire Canary Club show, and those CBS clubs granted FULL PATRONAGE by the YCC).
The Inter-Club Points Competition is in place at the YCC, LYCC, L&DYCC, MYCC and NYCC shows only.
